Refund & Shipping Policy

This Refund & Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with BUYVITAMINSHERE LLC, doing business as Dominant Supplements, and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking notification when it ships.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days after the order ships, depending on destination and carrier.
- Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. Delivery time frames are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the carrier's estimated delivery, contact us at outreach@dominantsupplements.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and (for damage) photos. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Returns & Refunds
- We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email outreach@dominantsupplements.com with your order number and reason.
- For health, safety, and tamper-evidence reasons, opened or used consumable supplement products cannot be resold and are generally non-returnable unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Unopened products in original, sellable condition may be returned for a refund of the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible; we will accommodate requests where the order has not yet shipped but cannot guarantee changes after processing has begun.
